Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery generally takes:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–12 business days
📬 Tracking info will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the move.
⏳ Shipping Delays & Tracking Updates
Couriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, peak periods, or logistical backlogs.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking link to update after dispatch — this doesn’t mean your parcel hasn’t been sent.
❌ Can I Cancel If Delivery Is Delayed?
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or refund it due to courier delays.
Delivery times are managed by third-party providers, but our team is always happy to assist in tracking your parcel if needed.
📅 Orders After 2 PM Friday
Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
