Because Core Gummies is a consumable product, we don’t accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders
- Flavour or texture preferences
This is to protect product quality, safety, and hygiene for all customers.

🚚 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve it quickly, email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (product + packaging)
- A brief description of what went wrong
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — whichever is most appropriate for your situation.

If a refund is approved, we’ll process it within 5 business days.
Bank processing times may vary, so allow a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.
📦 Returns (If Approved)
If a return is authorised, we’ll send clear return instructions via email.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first — we can’t process unauthorised returns.

Due to safety and hygiene standards, we do not offer exchanges.
